La Paz

Welcome to La Paz, Mexico
It not a tourist town at all.
It is a quiet town that hasn't still hit the 21st century.
And by far it was my favorite for how quaint it was.
It was full of history, love, dedication, and it made me want to move there.
We had a blast cruising around town in the morning.
We decided to check out all the historical things and then play
in the water later in the day.
It was great day in La Paz!

Yep, this is what greeted us when we got off the ship!

All the crystal clear waters in La Paz,
the views there were breathe taking!

The ice cream shops in La Paz where insane good.
Wish I could go back and eat some more right now!

More views inside the ice cream shop.

 Cute shots from the town.

 Mike and I

The stairs that made a great photo opp!

Us in La Paz
The whole group!
They had these cute garbage cans ever where.
And of course some one dared me to
stick my head in one
so.....

I always follow through with a dare!
My head didn't fit, go figure!!

Less and his dang coconuts he hauled around everywhere!

Another view of the ocean.

We hit up this pottery making place in La Paz.
This old guy has been making pottery over 60 plus years, he was amazing!

A view of the Pottery Place.

The oldest church in La Paz.

The view from the front of the church.

We went to an weaving factory.
The yarn, was so soft and bright.
I couldn't resist a photo of course!

The Essig's getting really excited of course!
We hired a boat taxi to take us to Paradise island to go see the sea lions.
Heading to go see the sea lions!

We got to be super close to the Sea lions.
It was an awesome experience. They were barking so loud and we where right there.
We where within feet of these guys, how often does this happen
unless your at a zoo and it's behind a tank?
Anyway I really enjoyed myself!

Me in front of Paradise island.
My cute Asian husband apparently in front of the island.
Sorry you have to endure this photo, you may click away!
But this is where it get CRAZY...
We got to hop in the water and swim right next to the sea lions.
It was once and a life time experience I will never forget!
All of swimming with the Sea Lions.
Me in the water!
